keith-1“The foundations of my counseling practice are mindfulness and acceptance. These are powerful tools in  addressing much of the difficulty we face. In this practice I help  clients understand the concepts, then enter into the practice using  skills learned to meet the challenges at hand and to change the patterns of thought and behavior that bring suffering to us.

I work with adolescents and adults help identify ways to heal from and  cope with difficulties they experience. My clients face anxiety,  depression, mood disorders, crises of faith and/or identity,  relationship challenges, stress, and difficulties in parenting. I work  in a kind and compassionate manner, utilizing aspects of Cognitive  Behavioral Therapy, Dialectical Behavior Therapy, in addition to Mindfulness based  therapies to help my clients identify and achieve their goals.
I am also available to facilitate mindfulness trainings for organizations or other groups of 6 or more.
