10:30 to 11:30   –   Gentle Yoga with Terri

 

Tues:

8:45 to 9:45  –  Beginning Tai Chi for Arthritis and Falls Prevention with Sandi Wicher

10 to 11:00  -Tai Chi Qigong  – Shibashi 18 with Sandi Wicher

6:30 – 8:00 pm  –    Guang Ping Yang Taiji with Nick & Lynn

 

Wed:

8:30 to 9:30  –  Gentle Yoga with Terri

 

 

Thurs:

8:45 to 9:45  –  Beginning Tai Chi for  Arthritis and Falls Prevention with Sandi Wicher

10 to 11:00  –  Tai Chi Forms Practice (experience required)  with Sandi Wicher

7 to 8 PM  –  Qigong with Roberto

 

Friday and Saturday – Currently no classed offered

Sunday

7 to 8 pm  –  Dharma Sangha group meditation
