Tai chi for Arthritis and Falls Prevention Instructor Training

April 9th and 10th (Sat and Sunday) 2016

Tai Chi for Arthritis is a program specially designed by Dr. Paul Lam, a team of medical experts and other Tai chi associates.  The TCAFP program includes warm up and cool down exercises, the teaching method,  knowledge about arthritis and the cause of falls, and how to teach the program safely.  This program is the same as the TCA program with the addition of a specialized module to further enhance  its efficacy in preventing falls.  This program has been recommended by the CDC as the number one tai chi program anyone can do to prevent falls.

Details:  Two day Tai Chi for Arthritis and Fall Prevention registration includes TCA DVD, TCA Handbook, instructors resource manual pdf. Teaching Tai Chi Effectively by Dr Paul Lam e-book.  These materials will be mailed to you upon registration payment and are required preparation for the course.  E-book available to new instructors only.

Cost:    $240  if registered before March 21, 2016  (Pay Pal cost $248)

$255 after March 21st.  

              $105 for 1 day recertification/update (Required full 1 day to obtain Fall Prevention module on your certificate)   Updates available in TCA & TCD

$50 Cancellation fee
